Krista is approachable, non- judgemental and encouraging. She leads positive and productive grade level meetings that inspire us to work as a team. She guides us to adjust and refine our curriculum based on state standards and learning progressions. This ensures that our instruction is applicable to our students and supports their strengths and needs. Watching Krista model lessons, with my whole class and in small groups, brings the instruction to life. It makes me feel comfortable following up with similar teaching techniques. Krista’s support includes sharing resources and professional books to help students grow. Krista helps us unify our instruction as a grade level and as a school.
